TROLLBEADS JEWELERY WARRANTY

The warranty period provided by the manufacturer for Trollbeads jewelry is 24 months from the date of purchase entered in the warranty certificate, except for leather or copper jewelry that has a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. In order to benefit from the guarantee, the buyer must present the guarantee certificate accompanied by the tax receipt or the purchase invoice, as the case may be. The guarantee is valid only on the Romanian territory.

The guarantee will not be granted if the recommendations for use, maintenance, transport and storage set out in the product warranty certificate have not been complied with.

All Trollbeads jewelry is subject to rigorous pre-market inspection. In the event that the purchased jewelry has a manufacturing defect within 30 days from the date of purchase, we guarantee the change, repair or return of the value paid, as the case may be.

The warranty certificate also provides the customer with the opportunity to change or repair the purchased jewelry within 24 months from the date of purchase, if after proper use it presents various problems.
