Delivery is made exclusively in Romania.
1. INTRODUCTION
The Terms and Conditions presented in this section may change over time and it is the responsibility of each customer to read them in full before placing an order on the website www.trollbeads.ro.
Any questions regarding the Terms and Conditions presented here can be addressed to one of our contact points presented in the Contact section.
All terms provided on this site are interpreted as expressed in working days.
If the last day of the period is a non-working day, the period shall be extended accordingly until the first working day.
2. AVAILABILITY AND ORDERING POLICY OF JEWELERY NOT IN OUR STOCK
All orders placed depend on the availability of the respective jewelry in our stocks. In this sense, in the event of supply difficulties or if the products are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to inform the customer. If the customer does not want to order other replacement products and if we have already received the payment for the ordered jewelry, the amount collected by us will be refunded to the customer within 24 hours.
If the desired jewelry is not in our stocks, there is the possibility to order them (within the limits of their availability at our supplier) and then ship within 30 days of placing the order.
We reserve the right to request the payment of an advance in the amount of 50% of the total payment amount for products that are not in our stock (gold products or orders that exceed the total amount of 599 RON), in which the customer subsequently changes his mind and cancels the order.
All orders will be processed in the chronological order of their receipt and within the available stock.
3. DELIVERY
The delivery of jewelry purchased from www.trollbeads.ro is made exclusively in Romania through our partner Urgent Cargus or FAN Courier in limited cases.
Subject to the above provisions on product availability, unless there are extraordinary circumstances, we will make every effort to deliver the order received to the courier company on the next working day from the date of confirmation of receipt of the value of the placed order.
However, given the current context, delays may occur for various reasons!
If, for any reason, we are unable to meet the delivery date, each customer will be informed of this situation. No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays.
For the purposes of these Terms, it is considered that the “delivery” has taken place or it is considered that the order has been “delivered” when the customer enters into physical possession of the products.
If the placed order does not reach the customer within the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
The cost of deliveries will be borne by us only for orders exceeding the total amount of 499 Ron, for all others the cost will be paid by the customer, which has the value of 15 Ron + VAT, regardless of location in Romania.
4. IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY
If we cannot deliver the products for reasons not attributable to us, after two attempts, the customer’s order will be returned to our warehouse.
Resuming the delivery process that derives from reasons not attributable to us will involve an additional cost and we will have the right to transfer this cost to the customer.
