Exchange and Returns
If for various reasons it is desired to return the purchased jewelry, we grant a return period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
Return is possible only after written notice of the customer’s intention to return them, clearly stating the reason for this decision.
In case of a return, the shipping cost is borne by the customer
The customer’s right to return the jewelry applies only to those who are returned in the same condition in which they were received. Any jewelry will be returned using its original packaging, as well as the original boxes, labels, warranty and packaging. No refund / change will be made if the jewelry is not in the same condition as it was delivered or if it is damaged. Consequently, each customer must pay more attention to the jewelry in his possession.
We will fully analyze the returned jewelry and inform the customer about the right to receive the value of the value paid or the right to change the jewelry.
We will refund the amount received from the customer as soon as possible, without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 calendar days from the date we received the jewelry. We will refund any amount received using the same method used to make the payment, namely bank transfer to the account from which it was made.
Return of defective products. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the jewelry upon receipt and to notify us within 30 calendar days of receipt of the order of any defect, non-compliance or damage to the jewelry received. If the objections are not communicated to us within the specified term, the goods are considered accepted together with any apparent defects of appearance they would present.
Wrong order. If the customer considers that the jewelry does not comply with the order placed, please contact us by providing the data related to the jewelry received. In this case, if the fault belongs to us, the return cost will be borne by us, and the return of the jewelry will be made through a courier sent by us, the return details being established by mutual agreement with the customer at that time.
Changing jewelry. We can only exchange one piece of jewelry with other pieces of jewelry of the same or higher value. If the new jewelry costs more than the one you originally ordered, you will have to pay the required difference. The delivery time of the new order depends on the chosen jewelry, if it is in stock or we have to bring it to order.
